Rippa Warranty Coverage

Every Rippa machine we deliver carries the manufacturer's limited parts warranty, measured from the delivery date and ending at whichever comes first: the stated years or the stated operating hours. Coverage is parts only, and labor, service calls and travel are the owner's responsibility.

The warranty is issued and fulfilled by the manufacturer, not by the dealer. Approved warranty parts are supplied and shipped directly from the manufacturer's parts warehouse. RVA Homegrown Solutions LLC does not supply, stock or fund warranty parts; we file and follow up on claims with the manufacturer's service division on your behalf at no charge.

Coverage depends on the machine being maintained on schedule with genuine parts and documented service records. The first service is due at 50 hours, engine oil and filters every 200 hours, hydraulic oil every 300 hours, grease every 8 hours, and swing motor, slew bearing and engine bolts checked every 30 hours.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the Rippa warranty?

PRO models carry 3 years / 3,000 hours on the complete machine and 4 years / 4,000 hours on main assemblies. ECO models carry 2 years / 2,000 hours and 3 years / 3,000 hours. Other models carry 1 year. Whichever comes first, time or hours, ends the coverage.

Does the Rippa warranty cover labor?

No. It is a limited parts warranty issued by the manufacturer. Covered parts are supplied at no charge from the manufacturer's parts warehouse, but labor, service calls, travel and installation are the owner's responsibility. The dealer does not supply warranty parts.

What voids the Rippa warranty?

Missed or late maintenance, non-genuine parts, unauthorized modification or teardown, continuing to run a faulting machine, overloading and abuse, and force majeure damage. Welded structural components and consumables like filters and fluids are never covered.

How do I file a Rippa warranty claim?

Submit the claim form at rippa-sales.com/warranty-claim with your model, serial number, hour meter reading, photos and video of the fault and your maintenance records, or call (804) 499-2129. We file the claim with the manufacturer's service division, which approves it and ships the parts from its own warehouse. Do not disassemble the machine before the claim is reviewed.
